Complaint Form
If you
would like to make a formal complaint against an employee of the City of New
Melle, please download and complete the
Complaint Form.
Complaints must be notarized and mailed to:

If the complaint is against a police department employee other than the Police
Chief, please complete the
Police

Anonymous complaints may be mailed or called in to 636-828-4807 between the hours of 10AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM Monday through Friday. Anonymous complaints will not be used for the discipline of any employee.
