Call to Order at 6:36 p.m.

 

Roll Call: Barry Shortt, Maggie Peterson, Jan Muskopf, Wally Karase and Doug Bice.

 

Zoning Applications

 

            Site Plan Approval for Storage Facility at 4487 Highway Z

 

Discussion     

 

Discussion regarding fencing starting at rear of home and extending to cedar tree natural fence.  Agreement was not to allow fence not be needed for aesthetics from rear of house forward contrary to City Ordinance for property appeal purposes.

Four issues brought up by GBA are said to be equally satisfied.

                       

Wally Karase made a motion, second by Doug Bice to approve construction/grading plan.  Approved 5-0.

Wally Karase made a motion, second by Maggie Peterson to adjourn.  Approved 5-0.  The meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
