Jan motions to approve minutes from November 27th meeting, Doug seconds. Passed 5-0

        Gerry Wolf-storage facility on Hwy Z

        Site Plan Review and Provisions

        Special Meeting at 6:30, December 19, 2007 for clarification of amendments

        Doug makes a motion to table the vote for Site Plan approval, Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0.

Discussion

        Historical District revisions 18.03A

        Jan will revise 405.355 concerning auto service stations

        Wally motions to adjourn at 9:01 p.m., Doug seconds. Motion approved 5-0.
