Darla motioned to approve the minutes from the previous meeting, Jan seconded.  Passed 6-0. 

Review of zoning ordinances 23-34

Article 25.03 – P&Z Members:  Term of Office - Vacancy

Change to allow more than one member from out of city limits with the following restrictions

·        Members must have filed for voluntary annexation.

·        New Melle resident members must out number non-resident members

Change to allow re-appointment of non-resident members

Zoning applications

Building permit application for an addition to 3643 Mill St.

Darla motioned to approve, Jan seconded.  Passed 6-0

Darla motioned to adjourn at 8:10.  Jim seconded.  Motion passed 6-0.
