November 14, 2006

Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call;  Doug Bice, Johnny Bridges,  Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Darla Green, Jim Blondin

Other Business

Darla motioned to approve the minutes from the previous meeting, Lori seconded.  Passed 5-0. 

Review of model ordinances additions.

Appendix H, Appendix C, Sec 102 of the model ordinance.

Discussion centered around the positive and negative aspects of these sections and on which parts of these should/shouldn’t be included in the revisions we are making.  Highlights of these discussions include the consensus of the group to include Appendix H as part of the PUD and to exclude Appendix C entirely.  The group also thought it was a good idea to include section 102 for commercial and subdivision design only.

Ordinances 23 – 34 will be reviewed at the next meeting.

Zoning applications

Building permit application for a patio home at 235 Fiddlecreek Ridge Rd.

Jan motioned to approve, Darla seconded.  Passed 6-0

Open Forum

Many items were discussed in during open forum including the current water issues we are challenged to deal with, the current and future subdivision designs in the area, annexation of new areas into the city (currently working toward state highways)

Darla motioned to adjourn at 8:50.  Jim seconded.  Motion passed 6-0.
