Call to order by Chairman Barry Shortt at 7:00 PM

Role call, present:  Barry Shortt, Jan Muskopf, Ken Gilbert, Roger Brink.

Minutes of September 23, 2008 P&Z meeting were approved with no revisions by 4-0 vote.

Zoning Applications:  Lot 19 Nichole Park.  Building Permit was approved by 4-0 vote.

Motion to adjourn meeting approved by 4-0 vote.
