Deck @114 Conor Ct. Maggie makes motion to approve and Jan seconds - Approved

Room addition @ 304 Crescent Oak Ct. Jan makes motion to approve and Maggie seconds - Approved

Open Forum -

Ted and Donna of Sycamore Creek subdivision bring up complaint of debris and derelict vehicle belonging to Brian Routt of said subdivision to be creating an eyesore.

The Code Enforcement Officer is to be contacted.

Election of Planning & Zoning Officers –

Maggie nominates Barry Shortt as Chairman, Doug seconds – Barry accepts

Doug nominates Wally Karase as Vice-Chairman, Maggie seconds – Wally accepts.

John Choinka of GBA commented that David Tucker is promising progress in removal of temporary build at produce stand that is not defunct.
