Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Maggie Peterson, Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Wally Karase, Barry Shortt

Wally motioned to approve minutes from September 11^th meeting Barry seconds. Passed 5-0

Sign for Tidd Realty

        Lori makes a motion to waive fee due to the fact that the sign’s wording will only change, not the structure therefore not requiring a permit, and to approve the sign. Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0.

Francis Hills

        Information re: current status.  Lori makes a motion to approve preliminary plat with reference to the conditions of the September 20^th letter from GBA. Wally seconds. Passed 5-0.

Potential rezoning of 3575 Mill Street

Produce stand required to remove buildings.
