Wally motioned to approve minutes from August 28th meeting, Barry second. Passed 4-0

Wally motioned to approve amended minutes from August 14^th meeting, Barry seconds. Passed 4-0

Maggie Peterson enters at 7:05 p.m.

            Lori makes a motion to conditionally approve plan with 4 items remaining to be resolved. Wally seconds. Passed 5-0

        Roof & Electric-3637 Mill Street

            Lori motions to approve. Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0

        Preliminary Plat-Francis Hills

            Lori makes a motion to table until 9/25 meeting, Wally seconds. Passed 5-0

        Sign for Tidd Realty

            Lori makes a motion to table sign permit in re: height and setback, Wally seconds. Passed 5-0
