Meeting Minutes  August 26, 2008

 

 

Call to order 7:00 PM

 

ROLL CALL: 

 

present were Barry Shortt, Jan Muskopf, Wally Karase, Ken Gilbert, Roger Brink

 

MINUTES: 

 

Minutes of July 22, 2008 meeting read, Jan motioned, Ken seconded for approval.  Approved 5-0

 

BUILDING PERMITS: 

 

Sign for Hickory Grove.  Reviewed, Barry motioned and Jan seconded for approval.  Approved 5-0

 

OPEN FORUM:

 

Brief discussion of Haunted Field project. 

 

Jan discussed FEMA Flood Insurance Program and suggested that we should adopt the model ordinance from FEMA to establish the required rules and guidelines.  A public hearing will be scheduled and the ordinance presented to P&Z on September 23.  Wally motioned to place required advertisements for a public hearing, Barry seconded, approved 5-0.
