Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. 

Roll Call:  Barry Shortt, Lori Browne, Jan Muskopf, Wally Karase

Wally motioned to approve minutes from June 19th meeting, Lori seconded.  Passed 4-0

Zoning applications:

    Sign Permit for Candelight Country Inn:  Lori makes a motion to table this permit until further information is submitted, Wally seconds.  Passed  4-0.

(Maggie Peterson enters meeting at 7:1= p.m.)

    Lot 32 Nicole Parc- Detached Garage:  Lori makes a motion to approve, Maggie seconds.  Passed 5-0.

    Lot 10 Sycamore Creek:  Not enough information submitted at this time.

    Lot 33 Sycamore Creek-residence:  Wally makes a motion to approve, Lori seconds. Passed 5-0.

Open Forum:

    Lot 19 Nicole Parc-Joe Carson:  no show

    3575 Mill Street-Discussion about moving medical clinic

    Representative from Calloway Lake in Defiance spoke of concern for the proposed 750 acre development bordering their subdivision.
