Planning and Zoning Minutes June 19, 2007
Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call: Doug Bice, Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Wally Karase, Maggie Peterson Wally motioned to approve minutes from May 8th meeting, Jan seconded. Passed 5-0 Zoning Applications Lot 28 Sycamore Creek- Detached Garage Lori makes a motion for approval, Wally seconds. Passed 5-0 Lot 37 Sycamore Creek-Residence Wally makes a motion to approve, Jan seconds. Passed 5-0 Candlelight Country Inn-Sign Permit Tabled re: location/set back & details of design Open Forum Randy Aeslage with 750+ acres off of Hwy F Nancy Ulman with Great Rivers Greenway District presentation 4574 Hwy Z- regarding rezoning Discussion Homework: Chapters 5 & 6 of the Comprehensive Plan Board of Adjustment to meet June 27th re: Ambulance property 7:00 p.m. Next P&Z meeting July 10th. Wally motioned to adjourn at 8:55 p.m., Maggie seconds. Motion approved 5-0
