Call to Order at 7:45 p.m.

 

Roll Call: Doug Bice, Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Wally Karase

 

Jan motioned to approve minutes from April 24^th meeting, Wally seconded. Passed 4-0

 

Zoning Applications

 

            Presentation by Ambulance District regarding property on Hwy Z.

 

Wally makes a motion for conditional approval in reference to May 1^st letter. Jan seconds.

 

7:55 p.m. Jim Blondin joins meeting 

 

Discussion 

 

Chapters 3 & 4 of the Comprehensive Plan

 

            Homework: Chapters 5 & 6 of the Comprehensive Plan

 

Open Forum

 

Maggie Peterson would like to join Planning & Zoning as the non-resident committee member. Jim Blondin will be stepping down. Wally makes a motion to appoint Maggie in this position to P&Z. Jim seconds. Approved 5-0.

 

NO MEETING MAY 22^nd for lack of a quorum.

 

Lori motioned to adjourn at 8:50 p.m., Wally seconds. Motion approved 5-0
