Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Doug Bice, Darla Green, Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Wally Karase

Darla motioned to approve minutes from March 13th meeting, Jan seconded.  Passed 5-0

Zoning Applications

Single Family Dwelling- Lot 5- The Estates of Hickory Grove: Darla motioned to approve, Wally seconded. Passed 5-0

Sign Permit for Flamingo Tan: Discussion followed, will look into it further.

Sign Permit for Farmer’s Market-4873 Holt Road: Darla motioned to approve with condition regarding setback, Lori seconded.  Passed 5-0

Discussion     

Comprehensive Plan-review, modify if necessary.

Review sign ordinance

Homework: Chapters 1 & 2 of the Comprehensive Plan 

Open Forum

Jeremy Malensky, 4577 Hwy Z, possible lawn care business to open.

John Choinka - Ambulance District contacted him regarding building of facility on Hwy Z.

Darla  motioned to adjourn at 8:15p.m., Wally seconded.  Motion approved 5-0
