Sullivan Publication modification and discussion.

Wally Karase joins at 7:26 p.m.

Jan motions to approve minutes from March 11th meeting, Wally seconds. Passed 4-0

Wally motions to table American Electric’s site plan, Lori seconds. Passed 4-0
 
Lori’s last meeting will be end of May. Two year term will end approximately at that time.
 
Wally motions to adjourn at 8:15 p.m., Jan seconds. Motion approved 4-0.
