Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

 

Roll Call: Doug Bice, Jim Blondin, Darla Green, Jan Muskopf, Lori Browne, Wally Karase

 

Darla motioned to approve minutes from January 23^rd meeting, Jim seconded.  Passed 6-0

 

No Zoning Applications

 

 

Discussion     

 

Andy McCown, City Administrator of the City of Wentzville, and Bill Bensing, Director of Public Works of the City of Wentzville, meet with P&Z regarding a boundary agreement between New Melle and Wentzville.  New Melle will submit a map with a proposal boundary and forward it to Wentzville who will review it and get back in touch with us.

 

March 21, 2007 Public Hearing regarding road annexations.

 

Jim Blondin suggested that New Melle looks at a survey website that would enable those that attend the public hearing to electronically submit a survey regarding the hearing.

 

Open Forum

 

David Tucker spoke with P&Z regarding his intent to open a new business at Hwy D and Holt Road.

 

Lori motioned to adjourn at 8:30, Darla seconded.  Motion approved 6-0
