Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Jan Muskopf, Barry Shortt, Maggie Peterson, Wally Karase, Doug Bice
Doug motions to approve minutes from February 26th meeting, Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0
Building Permits
4633 Francis Street: Basement finish is approved by GBA with needed changes indicated in red ink. Barry makes a motion to approve per noted changes, Doug seconds. Passed 5-0.
4700 Hwy Z for concession stand alteration. Doug raises question concerning grease trap addition. Doug will contact GBA to clarify question. Doug makes a motion to approve, Wally seconds. Passed 5-0.
Open Forum
Ken Birk from Nicole Parc on Francis Street inquires about redirection of storm water in rear of house. No permits necessary.
Discussion
Sullivan Publication modification and discussion.
Doug motions to adjourn at 8:20 p.m., Wally seconds. Motion approved 5-0.
