Darla motioned to approve minutes from January 23^rd meeting, Johnny seconded.  Passed 6-0

 

Zoning Applications

 

Approval of plat in Fiddlestix to be sent to BOA

Motion to approve by Darla, Jan seconded.  Passed 6-0

 

Deck attachment at 85 St. Charles Street

Motion to approve by Darla, Jan seconded.  Passed 6-0

 

Lot 19 Nicole Parc

Motion to approve by Darla, Jan seconded.  Passed 6-0

 

Discussion     

 

Brochure out in BCC in March

March 21^st Public Hearing regarding road annexations

Jim states that Chamber of Commerce is reviewing New Melle sign

 

Open Forum

 

Question brought up regarding a possible bank at Mill Street and Hwy Z

Discussion held regarding annexation of roads, particularly Hwy F

 

Darla motioned to adjourn at 8:10, Jim seconded.  Motion approved 6-0
