Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Jan Muskopf, Wally Karase, Barry Shortt, Doug Bice

Jan motions to approve minutes from January 8^th meeting, Doug seconds. Passed 4-0

Building Permits

Sign Permit: Fiddlestix sign approved. Doug motions to approve sign permit, Jan seconds. Passed 4-0.

Fireside Grill addition tabled due to lack of information. Barry motions to table, Maggie seconds. Passed 4-0.

St. Charles Ambulance District plans reviewed and approved by GBA. Doug makes a motion to approve plans, Wally seconds. Passed 4-0.

Open Forum

Resident of Calloway Lake subdivision inquires about development of land by Randy Aselage. No new information has come to P&Z Commission.

Ernie Artega inquires about the Historical District Zoning-Potential Updates. This was placed on the P&Z Order of Business erroneously.

Discussion

Sullivan Publications beginning at Chapter 410. Issues regarding Flood Plain Hazard Prevention to be discussed with GBA.

Discussion regarding a Development checklist. GBA will be asked to submit format or assist in doing so.

Wally motions to adjourn at 8:35 p.m., Maggie seconds. Motion approved 4-0.
