Call to order at 7:02
    Roll Call: Present Roger Brink, Barry Shortt, Darla Green, Jan Muskoff, Maggie Petersen.
    Wally Karase arrives at 7:10

Minutes approved from October 28, 2008 6-0.

Zoning Applications:  None

Open Forum: Discussed points below.

    1) Having meetings only if something on agenda - possibly bimonthly.
    2) Check into whether landscaping business has a designated area for cleaning/washing out

         trucks if they are in use.
    3) Final draft received by BOA from Sullivan Publications - to schedule a meeting. Will return to

        P&Z for any recommendations.
    4) Vice Chairman to remain Wally Karase.
    5) Need for additional 2 BOA candidates for Ward 1 and Ward 2 for upcoming election.
    6) Earth Day activities, April 22 - possibility of creating a rain garden.
    7) Ongoing problems in Hickory Grove.
