Building sign permit for a temporary sign on building 2x10 for 30 days

Darla motioned to approve, Doug seconded.  Passed 4-0

Discussion Items

·            Revisions and Updates to Code

-within 6 weeks to send drafts to Sullivan regarding Appendices and Mixed Use Development  

·             Appendix A Modifications

-Historical category discussed.  Doug to contact Sullivan re: historical category/definitions and to generally look over consistency of Appendix A

·              Annexation Action Plan and Timetable

Open Forum

Tom Johnson to discuss lot in Estates of Hickory Grove

GBA/John Choinka distributes new fee schedule to be adopted with new zoning codes Will be forwarded to Sullivan
