Wally motions to approve minutes from December 11th meeting, Jan seconds. Passed 4-0

Maggie Peterson joins at 7:02 p.m.

Maggie motions to approve amended minutes from December 19^th meeting, Jan seconds. Passed 5-0.

4591 Hwy Z-Deck addition

Lori makes a motion to approve, Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0

Warehouse addition at 112 St. Charles Street

Wally motions to approve footings and foundation only, Maggie seconds. Passed 5-0. Note: Building NOT approved by P&Z at this time. Site plan needs to be submitted and MODOT permit applied for regarding driveway off Hwy F.
